The staff is always very nice, and the pizza is good. I'm usually here around 11 pm on the weekends, so I often see the same employees working. I've noticed they are pretty understaffed, and both employees are always working as fast as they can, so unfortunately the phone goes unanswered a lot. Despite this, my service and my food have always been great, and I don't mind waiting a little bit for my pizza. I wish this store had some more employees so that they weren't under so much stress. Thanks for working so hard and being pleasant under pressure!
Good value and better pizza than any other bountiful stop. We have ordered here dozens of times both over her phone and online and they have never once made a mistake on the order.
It took an hour and a half tonight to get barely edible food. And the icing on the cake, when I called the store no one would answer the phone. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere. Unacceptable
I have ordered from this Domino's several times and never had any problems. They've always been quick and made my order exactly how I asked. The last two times we have ordered from them, however, it took them more than 2 hours to get our pizza to us. And when I call to check on how it's going, I get some response about how there's nothing they can do, it's in line to go in the oven. And they're not overly nice about it either. If it's busy, fine. But I expect to get a decent response if I call to get an update on my food.
Terrible service, but not at the fault of the staff. Everyone was working their butts off. They were simply understaffed. I kept calling and calling to order, but no one ever answered the phone. I had to go in to order my pizza and I found I was not the only customer with that issue. No one was able to help me for at least 5 minutes, if not longer. I was ignored. They need more staff or another location to open up because their system is not functional at all.
