I stopped by to see if they could help me find a replacement piece for a broken bike cable. They were extremely helpful and found what I needed right away. One of my first experiences at a specialty bike shop, and they made it wonderful first impression!
Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good stock of bikes, but not best for apparel just because they're a small shop with an emphasis on professional tuning and repair. Lots of people who can tell you everything about a bike you're thinking about buying with a chance to rent before you buy.
Best bike shop!! Bought a Specialized mountain bike here last fall and had a warranty issue with the fork. Kevin helped us get it resolved in a way that we were better off than we were originally. He even stayed late to finish it and called us to come pick it up that same night. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!
Brady Edwards, the owner, was so professional, patient and generally concerned that my needs were met. He is well-versed in what road bike would be best for my riding style. I drove 45 miles to visit with Brady and I'd do it again, with out hesitation. From now on, I'll buy all my families bikes from Bountiful Bicycle.
I called ahead about a specific size shirt to make sure they had it and after driving up from Holladay, it was disappointing to find nobody could find the shirt. Brady got the shirt in and mailed it to me. It was just a shirt and could have easily been pushed aside but he went the extra mile to make me happy. Thank you! 5 star service
